These are the plain-language terms for using The Check-in Guide. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Check-in Guide makes a custom PDF welcome book from your listing link and the answers you give us. It's a one-time purchase of $49. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

What we deliver

A finished PDF, usually around 12 pages, delivered instantly to your account after your order — no waiting on email. Every book includes two free revision rounds. We read and proof each book before it goes out.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, recommendations and words you give us. You're responsible for having the right to use anything you submit, including images pulled from your listing.

Refunds

If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 7 days. See the refund policy for details.
