These are the plain-language terms for using The Check-in Guide, a product of Cipherside Technosys Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
The Check-in Guide makes a custom PDF welcome book from your listing link and the answers you give us. It's a one-time purchase of $49. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
A finished PDF, usually around 12 pages, delivered instantly to your account after your order — no waiting on email. Every book includes two free revision rounds. We read and proof each book before it goes out.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Kelviq, which handles your card details on its own secure checkout. Your access to the finished book unlocks once payment is confirmed. Prices are in US dollars and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
You keep ownership of the photos, recommendations and words you give us. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them for the sole purpose of building, proofing and delivering your book. You're responsible for having the right to use anything you submit, including images pulled from your listing, and for making sure it's accurate and lawful.
The finished welcome book is yours to use, print and share for your own hosting. The Check-in Guide itself — the site, our templates, layouts and branding — remains ours. Please don't resell the service or pass our templates off as your own product.
Don't use The Check-in Guide to create anything unlawful, misleading or infringing, and don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 7 days. See the refund policy for details.
We work hard to keep the service running and to proof every book, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The recommendations and details in your book come from you; you're responsible for checking they're correct before you share them with guests.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid for the book in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
