We want you to be happy with your book. Here's how refunds work.

7-day refund

If you're not happy with your welcome book, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the full $49. No forms, no hoops.

Try revisions first

Before refunding, it's often quicker to use one of your two free revision rounds. Make the changes in your account and your updated PDF is ready instantly. If it still isn't right, the refund stands.

How to request one

Email aryan@cipherside.com from the address on your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
