We will refund you in full if:
· your book was never delivered;
· you were charged more than once for the same book;
· a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving or using your book.
Email aryan@cipherside.com from the address on your order and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose own refund terms also apply to your purchase.
